- For all purchased merchandise that has not left the store, we offer a full refund (in the form of the original payment method) for a period of 7 days from the purchase date.
- After 7 days, we will offer a refund less a 20% restocking fee, or an in-store credit in the full purchase price amount.
- If the merchandise has been picked up or delivered, we only offer an in-store credit on items still in new, unused, undamaged condition for a period of 24 hours. After that time period, the sale is final and merchandise cannot be swapped or returned.
- All sales on mattresses are always final once the plastic has been opened and removed. All sales on medical lift chairs are final.
- Layaway deposits and payments are not refundable. During the 30 day layaway period, the deposit can be transferred to another item of equal or greater value. Layaway deposits are forfeited after the 30 day time period.
- We reserve the right to special order all layaways, so merchandise may not be immediately available for pick-up or delivery if you pay off the layaway early.
- Special order arrival times are our best estimates only. We are not responsible for manufacturer shipping issues, or for backordered items. We will notify you if any item is on backorder.
- All mattresses must be STAIN-FREE with the law label still in-tact in order for warranty claims to be processed.
- Customer is responsible for transporting merchandise to and from our store in the event of a warranty or repair issue.
- A redelivery fee may apply if you are not home at the scheduled time of delivery.
- There is a $30 returned check fee.
